While we strive to fill all orders complete, from time to time we have items that may be backordered. If we do have backorders, we will work to ship them out as soon as possible or notify you if there will be a long delay.

When an item is backordered, you will be notified when you receive your shipment. This information is clearly marked on the Invoice.

As an additional service to you, we keep a record of your backorder and will send your merchandise to you when the item(s) arrives in our warehouse.  When the backordered item is ready to be shipped, we will contact you and verify your original shipping method, and payment. You are NOT charged for backorders on the original order, but you are charged for the backorder when it is shipped.

When a backordered item is shipped, we will pay the shipping charge based on the original shipment method and item weight of the backorder.
