PR/MARKETING INTERN (PT)
Potential candidate must be working towards a Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing. Intern will receive hands on experience in a fast paced highly visible company. This is a great opportunity for an undergraduate student looking to gain experience in the field of cosmetics. Knowledge of the beauty industry and interest in cosmetics is a MUST!
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Marketing administrative functions
* Miscellaneous tasks and projects, including inter-office projects, filing, organization, etc.
*Special project & event support
*Social Media; facebook, twitter, pinterest and blog.
*Compiling & organizing beauty research
*Monitoring & updating contact databases (media, celebrity, make-up artists, etc.)
*Coordinating product mailings for mua's, special events, media and VIP's.
*Compiling and maintaining press clips
*Researching industry trends
*Additional administrative duties
Education and Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student (Juniors and Seniors only)
• Unpaid/Course credit only
• Ability to work 2 days (M-F) a week• Highly motivated and energetic
• Team player; excellent communication skills; creative; collaborative.
• Ability to multi-task; detail-oriented; fast learner; well organized.
• Strong Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point skills
• Cosmetic experience is a PLUS
Work Schedule:
Minimum 12 hours, negotiable during weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (at least 2 days/week)

SALES ASSOCIATE - SEASONAL
Cinema Secrets, Inc. located in Burbank, CA is looking for part-time and full-time Sales Associates to join our team during the busy Halloween season. All Sales Associates receive a 25% product discount!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Acknowledge all Customers with a greeting and great smile.
Product knowledge to help customers and suggestive sell/build sales.
Background in makeup/special fx is a PLUS.
Assists in merchandising the store following the Supervisor's instructions.
Maintains store merchandising and operational standards.
Follows all Company policies and procedures.
Open availability to work days, nights and weekends based on store needs.
Ability to stand for extensive period of time with frequent bending and ability to climb a ladder.
Individual must be able to lift and move objects 25 lbs.
We are looking for creative, high energy, fun people with strong customer service skills. Qualified candidates will have at least 1-2 years retail experience and a strong visual merchandising background.
